Linking Existing Products

In the event that you have started with manually imported products and you now want to link those products to Shopify you will need to follow the following process for all products before you are able to enable the order upload process.

You will not be able to enable the order upload process unless you have all products synced with Shopify.

Linking Products to Shopify

In the product listing, first select some products using the checkbox to the left of each product, then under the Actions menu, select the option 'Map Products to Shopify'.

Choosing this option will automatically run a background process to map the selected products. A message will be displayed briefly as below:

Once the background process is complete you will receive a notification as below.

Clicking on the notification will display the Mapping Results. If successful there will be no errors, as below:

Below is an example of a failed mapping, where one variant did not match to Shopify. In this instance you will need to corect the Shopify barcode to match and then try again.

Finding Unlinked Products

In the Query menu you can choose the option "Products not linked to Shopify" which wil show you any products that have not been mapped to Shopify. You can also choose "Products Linked to Shopify".

These options will run the corresponding searches and return the products to the listing.
