Price File Upload​

  • Click Actions > Price File Upload
  • In the following screen, select the Host and Brand you wish to upload new Prices for.
  • You must set the start date for the price change.
  • If you opt to set an end date (click checkbox 'Set end date') you must also set an end date.
  • Click browse and select your price import file, for instructions on creating this file please see Price File Upload
  • With the correct file listed, click Upload All

  • Your file has now entered a processing queue. Once your file has been processed you will recieve a Notification informing you of its status.
Price File Upload Advice

Prices will be applied to the host platform system on the apply date specified. Please ensure that you know the rules for the given host and how far ahead you must send price files to have them apply correctly on the specified date.

Mark For Re-upload​

  • Select the products that you wish to re-upload
  • Click Actions > Mark for Reupload

This will clear the upload data and reset the selected product and approved variants for re-sending to the host platform. Once reset the schedule will resend the products to the host platform usually within the hour.

This function should be used only at the request of the host. In some cases this feature may not be available due to host rules.

Always check you are happy with the enriched product data before approving for sending to the host to prevent delays onboarding your products.
